First Kiss Festival News!

First Kiss will be playing at the LA Comedy Shorts Film Festival in April! If you’re in the Los Angeles area, be sure to check it out. The schedule hasn’t been released yet, but you can keep checking back on the LA Comedy Fest website here for screening times, ticket info, and more about the festival.

Allison has been released online!

Jurassic Park will be re-released into theaters in 3D in 2013!

On July 19th, 2013 Jurassic Park will be back on the big screen! And it will be in 3D!
Back in December, Jurassic Park producer Kathleen Kennedy hinted at a 3D re-release, but said if they were going make it 3D, that they wanted it to be done right. Director Steven Spielberg and director of photography Janusz Kaminski will go through the entire film and decide what will be converted into 3D. It is very reassuring to know that Steven Spielberg will be involved in this process!

So be sure to go see Joe on the big screen next July!

First Kiss wins Best Short Film!

The short film that Joe filmed last year, First Kiss received the award for Best Short Film at the Omaha Film Festival this past weekend! Congratulations to all the filmmakers and everyone involved with First Kiss!
There still is no online release date for the movie yet. It will be released online after it has played at more festivals. It should be online sometime this Spring. I’ll keep everyone updated on any news of a release date.

First Kiss IMDb page updated

The page for First Kiss on IMDb.com has been changed from 2011 to 2012. Hopefully this means that the movie will be released soon. It was filmed in February 2011, and has been screened at a few film festivals, but has not been released online yet.

If you are in the Omaha, Nebraska area, you can check out the film tomorrow [Saturday, March 10th] at the Omaha Film Festival. Details here.

This movie should be released online very soon. It will most definitely be out sometime this year. Online first, and then hopefully on dvd within a few months!
